Did you know that Hershey company is considering a bid to take over Cadbury of Britain of at least £10bn. These chocolate giants are in negotiation after Hershey was put under pressure from its charitable trust, Hershey has lined up funding from Bank of America and JP Morgan.
Hershey is also considering a joint venture with Italian chocolate maker Ferrero.
Not long ago Cadbury rejected £9.8bn offer from Kraft.
